I have served in leadership roles in many organizations, both for-profit and non-profit, for over 20 years.  Throughout those years, my passion for developing other people has fueled the successes I’ve enjoyed and provided a platform for me to help others achieve success as well.  But I credit it all to those who invested in me early in my career.  Without those key mentors in my life, I wouldn’t be the leader I am today.

I believe in paying it forward.  In a world where the next generation is labeled entitled and impatient, I see them as misunderstood, under-led, and full of potential.  Simple Advice For the New Leader is one way I can provide mentorship to the next generation of leaders.  It’s a collection of ideas, tactics and material the new leader can use to ensure successful growth.
